Training, speaking, consultation, embedded behavioral health, and educational resources are not psychotherapy unless expressly established as clinical treatment.

Critical incident and agency services
Critical-incident support, CISM services, training, consultation, and embedded behavioral health are tailored to the agency and circumstances. These services do not replace emergency response, medical care, fitness-for-duty evaluation, or individualized trauma treatment when such care is indicated.
