Jill Peeler is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, first responder trauma specialist, embedded clinician, speaker, and trainer. Her work is informed by 15 years with the Marin County Sheriff’s Office in emergency communications and jail operations. Today, she works alongside public safety personnel to build trusted relationships before crisis. Jill speaks about trauma, cumulative stress, communication, leadership, resilience, and life beyond the job.
