A clinical partner for your people.

Build a program around your department’s priorities, existing resources, and culture. Support can include the following services, with scope and availability agreed in advance.

Experience alongside fire agencies

Embedded clinical experience with Novato Fire and Tiburon Fire. Training delivered for Southern Marin Fire. Therapy provided to San Francisco Fire Department personnel. Jill’s connection to the fire community also includes more than 30 years with the San Francisco Firefighters Toy Program.

A familiar presence before crisis

Build relationships through planned station visits, conversations, and wellness education. Give personnel opportunities to meet their clinician before they need support, with a clear pathway to confidential care.

Clinical consultation for peer teams

Practical guidance for difficult peer contacts, supportive conversations, boundaries, referral decisions, and peer-supporter wellness. Strengthen the peer team while keeping peer support and clinical treatment distinct.

Critical incident support

Consultation and coordinated support after difficult calls, fatalities, serious injuries, and other significant events. Group support and individual follow-up are tailored to the circumstances. Response arrangements and availability are established in advance.

Confidential care & referrals

Support for cumulative stress, trauma, grief, relationships, and family concerns. Explain privacy and its limits before care begins. With consent, coordinate referrals and warm handoffs that complement EAP and other benefits.

Training & program development

Work with leaders and peer teams on training priorities, protocols, referral pathways, and team wellness. Non-identifying program reporting can summarize service activity without revealing individual clinical information.
