Support that understands the assignment.

Practical services for the demands of patrol, investigations, dispatch, corrections, leadership, and life beyond the badge. Build a partnership around your agency’s priorities.

Experience inside agencies

Embedded work with California Highway Patrol offices and Novato Police Department. Therapy provided to personnel from San Francisco Police and the San Francisco Sheriff’s Office. Direct agency experience informs a practical understanding of public safety culture.

Presence that builds trust

Scheduled visits, briefings, ride-alongs, and check-ins create opportunities to know the clinician before support is needed. Informal contact builds familiarity; therapy follows a separate clinical process.

Peer teams & leadership

Consultation on complex peer contacts, supportive conversations, boundaries, referrals, and peer-team wellness. Help leaders strengthen access to care while respecting the distinct roles of peer support and clinical treatment.

Critical incident support

Consultation and coordinated support following officer-involved incidents, fatalities, serious injuries, grief, and other significant events. Group support and follow-up are tailored to circumstances. Scope and response availability are agreed in advance.

Confidential care & referrals

Support for cumulative stress, trauma, grief, sleep concerns, relationships, and family life. Privacy and its limits are explained before care begins. With consent, referral coordination can complement EAP and other benefits.

Training & program support

Practical education on trauma, communication, resilience, and early support. Align training and referral pathways with your workforce. Non-identifying program reports can summarize activity while protecting individual clinical information.
