One-on-one sessions focusing on personal issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, self-esteem, and relationship problems. Use of various therapeutic approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, prolonged exposure (P.E). Specialized therapy focused on processing and healing from traumatic experiences. Techniques such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), trauma-focused CBT, and other trauma-informed approaches.
Individual Therapy/Trauma Therapy
Therapy sessions for couples to address relationship issues, communication problems, conflict resolution, intimacy issues, and other relational dynamics. Techniques to improve understanding, strengthen the relationship, and resolve conflicts.
Couples Therapy
I am aware that critical incidents affect a group of people firefighters, police officers, dispatchers, administrators. I assist first responders manage and recover from the psychological impact of critical incidents. I am trained to address the specific who are exposed to traumatic situations. By implementing CISM, organizations can ensure that their personnel receive the necessary care to handle the emotional and psychological challenges of their work, fostering a healthier and more resilient workforce.

Education and Training: Providing training sessions to first responders on recognizing signs of stress, understanding the impact of trauma, and learning basic stress management techniques.
Resilience Building: Teaching strategies to build psychological resilience, helping first responders develop coping mechanisms that they can use during and after critical incidents.
Post-Incident Support
Offering psychological first aid shortly after a critical incident. This includes providing emotional support, ensuring basic needs are met, and stabilizing those affected.
Structured Debriefing
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD): Facilitating structured group sessions typically held 24-72 hours after the incident. These sessions involve: Normalizing emotional responses to traumatic events. Providing information on common stress reactions and coping strategies. Allowing first responders to support each other through shared experiences.
Individual Counseling and Therapy
One-on-One Counseling: Offering personalized support for individuals significantly affected by an incident. This involves more in-depth exploration of their experiences, feelings, and coping strategies.
Therapeutic Interventions: Utilizing various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other trauma-focused therapies to help individuals process their experiences and reduce symptoms of stress or PTSD.
Follow-Up and Ongoing Support
